Advanced Service Level Monitoring

We maintain a system of KPIs to monitor the performance of every supply chain function, including orders, procurement, suppliers, warehouses, transportation, and the quality of delivered goods. This monitoring helps identify the causes of inefficiencies and take corrective and preventive actions as needed.

OTIF for a Timely and Reliable Supply Chain

To measure our service performances, we rely on the OTIF (On Time and In-Full) indicator, which aims to assess whether the supply chain can deliver:

  • A product that meets the required specifications
  • In the fixed quantity
  • To the agreed location
  • Within the expected timeframe

 

We periodically ask our Clients for feedback on the completeness and conformity of deliveries, setting a target OTIF score of over 95%. In case of any delivery discrepancies, we immediately implement an action plan to address the issue.
