All innovation projects uphold environmental respect a key principle, from the choice of formula and packaging to the optimization of logistic to reduce CO2 emissions. In 2023, we introduced a new and unique product in the toilet care sector, which drastically reduces both packaging materials and the product itself. Our focus on the environment is also reflected through the continuous improvement of the sustainability characteristics of our catalog products. Today, the cage of our best-selling rimblock is one of the lightest on the market, thus avoiding over-packaging.
Manufacture 2030 Program
We actively participate in the Manufacture 2030 program, a global initiative aimed at reducing the environmental impact of production activities. This program provides us with tools and methodologies to monitor and improve energy efficiency, reduce waste of raw materials and products, limit CO2 emissions, and promote sustainable waste management through the circular economy. Thanks to M2030, we can assess our operations on a broader scale and implement greener practices that help us achieve our sustainability goals.
Corporate Sustainability
At Deoflor, our commitment to sustainable choices extends to our offices and production facilities. We have implemented a program to recover production waste, and in 2024, we installed a solar panel system at our Italian plant. We are dedicated to improving energy efficiency, reducing waste of raw materials and products, limiting CO2 emissions, and minimizing waste, including adhering to waste separation practices within our offices.
Our goal is to maintain an ethical production system, verified through SMETA audits and proper environmental management certified to ISO 14001.
